Two minutes a day is all it takes. That’s the amount of time needed for women to do their Kegel exercises. Done regularly, those pelvic muscles will be good and strong, and this translates to bigger and better orgasms.

We should all be thankful to Dr. Arnold Kegel who is credited with coming up with the contracting and relaxing exercises of the muscles which form part of the pelvic floor. Those muscles are sometimes referred to as Kegel muscles. Whatever they’re called, keeping them in shape is truly beneficial, particularly for pregnant women. But even non-pregnant women will be happy with the results of having strong muscles where they are needed.

And it’s not just the ladies who should do their Kegels regularly. Men, too, will benefit greatly when their pelvic muscles are in tiptop shape. Guys will have stronger erections, while girls will have all around better sex because their pelvic floor muscles are tight and fit.

There are a number of pelvic toning devices in the market and because the end result of having toned Kegel muscles is better sex, the gadgets are sold as sex toys. Actually, they can also be referred to as medical aids.

The best kind are the progressive resistance vaginal exercisers which insure that the correct muscles are being exercised.

Those round metal balls from the Far East and which usually come in pairs, while not technically Kegel exercisers, can give the vaginal muscles a sufficient workout when done properly. They also have a reputation for making users horny, which is not a bad side effect, when you think about it.

Two minutes is just 120 seconds. There’s no reason in the world why you can’t devote that little time to make your sex life better.  Ladies and gents, start your Kegels!
